What happens after you submit?
Our Corporate Sales team will review your request and contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm availability, pricing, and fulfilment details.
1. Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to stock availability. Orders will be confirmed via email.
2. Pricing: All prices are in SGD and subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payment Terms: Payment must be made via Bank Transfer/PayNow within the agreed timeline or upon delivery.
4. Delivery Timeline: Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of confirmation.
5. Delivery Confirmation: A signed or company-stamped Delivery Order is required upon delivery.
6. Returns & Damages: Only goods received in damaged condition are eligible for return within 3 working days of receipt.
7. Ownership: All goods remain the property of Candy Empire until full payment is received.
8. Carton Sales: If purchasing by cartons, carton size and unit count must be confirmed before placing the order.
